lillian-elliottJoin Manatee Community Foundation board member Lillian Elliot, former director of quality and organization capability for Tropicana Products, for a look at how to manage change at your nonprofit.

During her 35 years with PepsiCo, Lillian has also been instrumental in leading numerous PepsiCo diversity and inclusion initiatives.  She received the 2011 and the 2013 Harvey Russell Inclusion Awards; sponsors the Bradenton Site Inclusion Council; is a founding member of the PepsiCo Mosaic National Leadership Council and represents Tropicana on the North America Beverages Diversity Advisory Board.

Lillian has five grandchildren and serves on the United Community Centers Board of Directors, State College of Florida Foundation Board of Directors, Florida Advanced Technological Education Visiting Committee and was member of Leadership Florida’s Class XXXII.

Ideal audience: nonprofit leaders and others charged with creating and implementing change.
